*** Some may have the view that Paradigm Control is basically a negative site. Information that can change how one sees himself can be good if it results in being able to understand the world in which we live, to a greater degree.
Have you ever been driving along and smacked a pot-hole in the pavement so hard that you pulled over to see if there was any damage? Or maybe you pulled over because this particular incident caused a tire to go flat? I learned a long time ago that if I paid closer attention to the road on which I was traveling and also kept myself alert and aware of the traffic situation ahead, I could avoid most road hazzards and could detour around traffic problems (I drive a truck and use a CB radio).
Going through life not caring which way the wind blows is a terrible thing to do. I know. I’ve done more that my share of doing just that. The same wind blows the same on most people, so, it’s not the wind’s fault that the desired place to be in life isn’t achieved. It’s how the sails are set that determines how and how soon one gets to there destination. ***
*** I have given the silent treatment….to my dad. I dished it out to him for years. I didn’t do much differently until I was 38 years old – 1988. It certainly didn’t take but just a very few weeks before I began to see that what he had been talking about for years was so very true. Now, I have been familiarized with the same. It ain’t fun. ***
*** I certainly understand the haughtiness I’ve seen coming from some (I did say “some”!) “brainy” (and arrogant) Christians. They tend to believe that when anything good happens for them [their perception!], it is a door being opened, by God, for much greater things to come their way. I think they should be very careful. To make it a little plainer, God does send delusions. But a Christian should know that. ***
*** Can it be said of me, “If you knew this (or that) why didn’t you share this knowledge with me?” Sometimes I am highly motivated to go further and send an email to my family and friends in order to give them a heads-up (wake-up call, a warning). I know that most people would rather not be bothered. Some will put it in the back of their mind and it may be of use to them later. It is frustrating to sound an alarm seeing that the “Do Not Disturb” sign is still hanging on the door knob of their heart and mind. ***
*** Most folks will not take a stand these days. They are afraid. I am thankful for the few that do take the time and effort to share their understandings, misunderstandings (mine also) views and questions. ***
*** Most would like to believe – if the subject comes up – that they have the mind composition that provide them with the ability to think outside the box. But their attitude and actions emblazon the the actual truth: “I go with the flow. I follow the opinion leaders.” Get real. ***
*** For years I’ve pondered why Christians cannot truly be friends with one another. The answer: The guilty does not have their eyes on Jesus. They “say” they have repented but they have not. (Turning from wicked ways – sin – and turning toward Him through calling upon His name and obeying as He leads is true repentance.) They worship other gods – whatever it is in their lives that they give priority to (Idols of the heart are, at minimum, small gods). Leaving room for sin is the same as double-mindedness. Either you are or either you ain’t. Only hot or cold. No lukewarmness. No fence straddlers. One master. ***
